Christa was an Army brat, moving around frequently through childhood, but her family settled in Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biochemistry and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. She spent 10 years in the telecommunications field and 10 years in the insurance field. Christa was a Senior Claims Examiner for a large insurance carrier, and now uses that inside knowledge and experience to help Crowson Law Group clients. Christa and her daughter moved to Anchorage in June 2016 and now calls Alaska home.
