CPSC is a government agency that enforces federal laws about consumer product safety. Their website explains all relevant regulations, lists product recalls, and contains consumer injury statistics. It also provides a number of safety handbooks, brochures, articles, and infographics on topics such as ATVs, carbon monoxide, cribs, residential fires, and more.
MedWatch provides safety information and a list of recalls for prescription drugs, medical devices, vaccines, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
